We agree that your installation of the pavers gave our back yard the "aha" that it never had before. With the landscaping and the lighting, it's truly the total package. As Property Manager for The Pinnacle Apartments, I would like to extend to you my thanks and appreciation for the excellent job you and your company. Bay Brick Payers, Inc., performed in the negotiation of the contract and the installation of pavers on the pool deck.

This job had unique problems. like drains, cutting off doors to accommodate the height of the pavers and drainage issues. You met with me. your general contractor, Restocon, designated Board member, Jim Haynes. and the Pinnacle’s engineer, Dan Reid, on numerous occasions and you were always prompt and diligent in providing all requested information and in finding solutions to all problems that arose.

The work crew that installed the pavers were, by far, the best crew that I have encountered as a Property Manager. They conducted themselves in a professional manner which is very important in an owner occupied condominium and they finished the job in less time than originally anticipated. Their level of expertise in installing the pavers was obvious not only to me, but to numerous owners, who commented on the excellent job they did.

I will definitely call upon you for any future jobs I may have at other properties Elite manages and I will be more than happy to talk to any prospective client should you desire same.

I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the work your company performed at my Davis Island residence, 693 Geneva Place. This was no small task, considering 3 patios, 2 porches, walkways surrounding the home, driveway and retaining wall, plus elevation changes and drainage issues.

Your employees did a professional job, completed ahead of schedule, and I obtained finished product that exceeded my expectations. As a Florida Class A General Contractor I fully appreciate what was accomplished.

I will be calling you when I am ready to do our second property on Davis Island.

Ted,

I just want to drop you a brief note to let you know how delighted Valerie and I are with the pool remodel your company did for our home on Davis Islands.

We are particularly impressed with the magnificent job and the skill demonstrated on our rounded spa, stairs and pool. I could not have expected the cuts to be so precise. You promised that the pool would be ready before our Bowl party and your crew was finished with a week to spare.

You promised to turn our problem into WOW and at that you exceeded our expectations.

I also wanted to thank you for introducing us to Dale Rodrigues for the landscaping. She was easy to work with and was a tremendous help in making the rest of the package come together.

If, or when, we decide to do the additional walkways and patios Bay Brick Pavers is the company we will call.
